Inconsiderate van driver (red arrow) unloading goods and blocking traffic in narrow road, already narrowed further by double parking cars seen on the left!!

It happens in Damansara Utama, too. The roads used to be really wide and spacious, which encouraged double-parking. Then dividers were put up along the middle of the roads, to streamline traffic, and possibly cut down on double-parking, Yet, even with the reduced width, drivers still manage to double-park.
The photo was taken in Damasara Uptown
Same place I was talking about. No wonder the scene in the picture looks so familiar!
Then I no need to take any pictures.
