Parking is tight at the Nurses Hostel at the University of Malaya Medical Centre. However things are made worse by lousy and inconsiderate people like this Waja driver who parks at spots which BLOCK access to the other lanes and other cars cannot get thru.

hmm... i agree there are plenty of lousy driver around.
but sometimes the building management is at fault of doing bad for the parking management.
there are places with no parking at all.
I love the concept of this blog!
