Blocking traffic
I can't understand the mentality of these people who will nonchalantly sit in their car blocking half the road while keeping a line of cars waiting behind as they have effectively narrowed the road down to a single lane. In SS15 Subang Jaya.

I agree with you that irresponsible drivers such as that one driving the Vios are selfish and inconsiderate but couldn't help noticing that he was signalling.
Could it be that he was waiting for somebody to exit so that he/she could park?
Just wondering
doesn't matter, he's still a menace to the traffic. 1st off, he weren't suppose to stop there!
